Costa Rica

Come home to your body. Open to the fullness of your being.

A 7-day women’s retreat devoted to slowing down, softening, and remembering what it feels like to fully inhabit yourself.

You spend so much of life taking care of everything around you.

Meeting deadlines.

Making plans.

Thinking about what’s next.

Holding it all together.

Somewhere along the way, it’s easy to stop living inside your own body.

The mind races ahead.

The body braces.

Life begins to feel like something you’re trying to keep up with instead of something you’re truly living.

This retreat is an invitation to fully inhabit yourself.

Not to become someone new.

Not to fix yourself.

To live more fully inside the life and body you already have.

And create the safety to fully be with yourself again.

What you'll experience

Over seven days in the mountains of Costa Rica, we’ll move between movement and stillness, structure and spaciousness, solitude and sisterhood.

Through yoga, meditation, breathwork, Kundalini dance, nature immersion, creative expression, and deep rest, you’ll gently unwind layers of tension, reconnect with your body’s wisdom, and remember what it feels like to simply be.

There will be space to move.

Space to breathe.

Space to laugh.

Space to rest.

Space to feel.

Held by the lush mountains of Costa Rica, Metamorfinca is more than a retreat center—it’s a sanctuary designed for slowing down. Perched above a cascading waterfall on a thriving permaculture farm, you’ll wake to cool mountain air, practice in a stunning open-air bamboo yoga shala, soak in the sauna or hot tub beneath the trees, wander peaceful forest paths, and share the land with farm animals that seem to embody the art of simply being. The land itself invites your nervous system to soften, creating the perfect environment to reconnect with yourself and let life unfold at a gentler pace.

This retreat is for you if...

  • You feel like you’re constantly living in your head instead of your body.
  • You crave spaciousness, but struggle to slow down.
  • You long to reconnect with your movement or meditation practice.
  • You’re carrying stress, tension, or emotional weight that feels ready to move.
  • You’re craving meaningful connection with other women.
  • You want to feel grounded, alive, and fully present again.
